JAVA WEB START:
If
you do not already have Java
Web Start on your computer -- which is required to access
the webinar -- you can download it here.
When you
log in for the first time, you may be prompted to download
Sun Microsystem's Java Web Start (or OpenJNLP for
Mac), a pre-requisite for the Virtual Classroom by Elluminate.
You only need to do this the first time you use the
Virtual Classroom. You can also download the latest version
of Java here.
We suggest going through the download at least 30 minutes prior
to the start of the webinar, but preferably several days in advance
allowing time to seek help should
you need any assistance.
To have the
best possible experience while using the Meeting Room, participants
should have speakers or headphones; a microphone is
recommended. We suggest going through the download at least
30 minutes prior to the start of the first virtual meeting
you plan to attend.
