A LearningTimes community created for St. John's University is being used for community-based interaction for students and instructors involved in St. John's information literacy program.

Student members of the learning community have easy access to a wide array of tools for collaboration on assignments, meeting online with colleagues and their instructor, and for accessing rich course materials and records of previous interaction with their colleagues.
