The Virtual Librarian Online Conference

The Virtual Librarian Conference, "It’s a Virtual, Virtual, Virtual, Virtual World", was conceived out of various discussions about the state of libraries and virtual worlds and the desire to bring together in an affordable and easy way the most exciting analysis of virtual worlds, the impact they are having on libraries as well as those responsible for many of the great programs and immersive projects coming to life with the rise of virtual worlds. The Virtual Librarian Conference is taking place on October 1 - 2, 2008 and brought to you by a partnership between The Alliance Library System, LearningTimes and TAP Information Services.
