Designing and Managing Leadership Development

Go to any bookstore—the largest business section is Leadership Training. In this certificate program, attendees will learn to customize, implement, deliver and evaluate leadership learning events for multiple audiences. Attendees will learn how to ask questions to clarify the specific outcomes needed for the audience they are currently working with. They will learn how to determine what length the program should be, and how to tune the stated learning outcomes. Finally, they will learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of their leadership programs. Next Workshop Begins: November 12, 2009
