New Offerings Include "Globally-Friendly" Schedule
and "Survival School"

York, NY -- July 12, 2005 -- Education
and training professionals seeking to master the skills to
teach live online now have a dozen new courses from which to
choose. LearningTimes and InSync Center announced their latest
catalog of programs designed specifically to meet the needs
of "Synchronous
Training Professionals" -- individuals
using live collaboration platforms in their business, organization
or association. All courses are delivered live online utilizing
the latest tools from leading providers of synchronous platforms.

Classes
announced today include a complete "Australia
Time-Friendly" certification track beginning on July 26,
2005 at 7-9 pm EDT (New York time) which is 9-11 am on July
27, 2005 Sydney time. The "Synchronous Trainer's
Survival School" will begin August 8, 2005 at 7-9 pm EDT (New York
time) which is 9-11 am on August 9, 2005 Sydney time.
The Certified Synchronous Training Professional (CSTP) program is
comprised of several tracks, including:

Synchronous
Facilitation Certificate: Ten hours of live, online
instruction blended with self-directed exercises and assignments.
This program helps instructors maximize the engagement of
remote participants
and manage the logistics of facilitating synchronous events. New courses
begin on July 26, 2005; September 12, 2005; and September
16, 2005.

Synchronous
Design Certificate: The Synchronous Design Certificate
provides fourteen hours of live, online instruction blended
with self- directed exercises and assignments. Participants
design exercises,
introduce them during live course sessions, and receive feedback from
course leaders and other participants. New courses begin
on September 13, 2005;
October 24, 2005; October 28, 2005.

Capstone
Certificate: Combining the Facilitation and Design
certificates with topics such as Blending and Creating
Successful Online
Learning Environments, and topped-off with an individualized Practicum,
the
Capstone Certificate results in full LearningTimes Certification.
New courses begin on August 9, 2005; November 8, 2005; January 9,
2006; and January 13, 2006.
The NEW Synchronous Trainers' Survival School, which features
six hours of live, online instruction blended with self-directed
exercises and assignments,
is designed to help participants become familiar with the learner experience,
e-learning terminology, and the basics of synchronous design and facilitation.
Courses begin on August 8, 2005 and September 13, 2005.
