New York, NY -- July 12, 2005 -- Education and training professionals seeking to master the skills to teach live online now have a dozen new courses from which to choose. The Certified Synchronous Training Professional (CSTP) program is comprised of several tracks, including:

  • Synchronous Design Certificate: The Synchronous Design Certificate provides fourteen hours of live, online instruction blended with self- directed exercises and assignments. New courses begin on September 13, 2005; October 24, 2005; October 28, 2005.
  • Capstone Certificate: Combining the Facilitation and Design certificates with topics such as Blending and Creating Successful Online Learning Environments, and topped-off with an individualized Practicum, the Capstone Certificate results in full LearningTimes Certification. New courses begin on August 9, 2005; November 8, 2005; January 9, 2006; and January 13, 2006.

The NEW Synchronous Trainers' Survival School, which features six hours of live, online instruction blended with self-directed exercises and assignments, is designed to help participants become familiar with the learner experience, e-learning terminology, and the basics of synchronous design and facilitation. Courses begin on August 8, 2005 and September 13, 2005.
