VNU Learning and LearningTimes Launch "Training Live and Online"
Popular Training Conferences and Certificate Programs Now Available Online

NEW YORK, NY -- February 23, 2005 -- VNU Learning, a leading provider of training conferences and certificate programs, and LearningTimes, LLC, a leading producer of online conferences for education and training, announced today the launch of "TrainingLiveandOnline.com" -- a new portal for a series of online conferences and collaborative training programs. http://www.trainingliveandonline.com

The first production is a unique, live online conference -- featuring a series of interactive webcasts over three days, on-location from the annual Training 2005 Conference & Expo in New Orleans. This exciting program will take place completely over the Internet, February 28 to March 2, 2005.

"This is a great opportunity for people who cannot make the trip to New Orleans," said Philip Jones, Group Show Director for VNU Expositions. "This entire event will take place in the VNU Learning Online Conference Community -- affording many opportunities for collaboration, learning and networking among all conference participants -- both live and online."

In the online conference, over 30 presenters will lead live workshops in virtual classrooms, including Thiagi ("How To Facilitate Multicultural Learning Groups"), Bob Pike ("Dealing with Difficult Participants"), and Kit Horton ("Powerful PowerPoint for Classroom Instructors"). Roving correspondents will bring news and information from the convention center, presented as voice and video blogs. Each evening will include a live online wrap-up program to review and discuss the day's events.

A full schedule, including all session titles and descriptions, and registration information may be found at: http://www.trainingliveandonline.com

"LearningTimes is proud to offer our expertise in creating and facilitating this unique initiative," commented Jonathan Finkelstein, LearningTimes President and Executive Producer. "We will build on VNU's success and expand their reach by producing an online version of every training and learning event in 2005. We are especially excited about bringing the renowned VNU certificate programs to live online audiences later this year."

Training 2005 will be co-produced by InSync Center, and sponsored by WebEx, Inc. For information on sponsoring a VNU online conference, contact info@learningtimes.net.
