Lotte Lent, Assistant Director of the Museum Education Program (M.A.T. in Museum Education) at The George Washington University, has taught museum and environmental interpretation for 15 years in the US and Australia, in national parks and universities. A Certified Interpretive Trainer for the National Association for Interpretation, she is also the principal author of Running Activity Programs: A Guide to Interpreting the Natural and Cultural World for Visitors.
At GW, Lotte teaches core courses in the Museum Education Program affiliated with communication skills and fieldwork in educational settings, guides the admission process and participates in maintaining the alumni network, as well as collaborates with the director in curriculum development.
