Without a doubt! The live sessions are one part of the conference experience. Furthermore, you get access to the full conference site for at least six months after the Museum-Ed Online Conference!
MANY WAYS TO INTERACT
The Museum-Ed Online Conference includes a variety of ways to connect with and learn from colleagues. Each day of the conference features several live online sessions during which you interact with panelists and peers. All sessions are recorded and posted immediately for those who cannot attend live. Asynchronous discussion forums and resource "wikis" — for the collaborative collection of practical teaching ideas, links, handouts and learning objects — are a vital part of this very community-oriented event. The emphasis during Museum-Ed is on sharing, networking and generating a universe of ideas that everyone can use immediately in their practice.
FULL SESSION RECORDINGS

All sessions are recorded and immediately posted to the conference community site so that participants unable to attend live, or who wish to watch again, can experience the sessions when it is most convenient. In addition to the real-time dialogue, participants can post ideas and questions for the speakers before or after the event in threaded discussion areas, to be addressed live and in the recorded sessions.

Access to the session recordings is available for at least six months after the conference. No matter what time zone you are in or scheduling restraints you may have, you can still enjoy the full conference experience.

SHARING AND NETWORKING

The Museum-Ed Online Conference on Interpretive Writing is designed to afford ample live and on-demand networking opportunities. Even in between live sessions, opportunities for continued discussion with colleagues continues.

The virtual rooms stay open throughout the conference to allow participants to connect not only with the conference speakers, but with fellow participants as well.
