The
presentation will include a live demonstration of how
to easily integrate scholarly resources during web-based
course development. Most library’s licensed electronic
databases provide access to many full text scholarly
journals and other publications. The presentation will
provide an overview of The Web E-Toolbox designed to
provide step by step guidelines for faculty to successfully
integrate electronic resources into web-based course
content.

Both faculty and librarian will share their
experiences of collaboration. See a live demonstration of how
to effectively integrate electronic library resources into
course web pages. See the limitations of various vendors persistent
linking technology. In addition, see the variety of resources
that can be integrated into web-based courses, i.e., e-books,
government documents, charts, tables, full text articles, links
to full journals, and much more. The faculty and librarian
will share experiences of course development, planning, and
student's reactions to this technology. |
