"The
Continuum from Campus-based Learning to Web-based Learning"
Recorded:
March 10, 2005
This broadcast looked at the important steps for planning the introduction of
web-based learning systems. Many of the Forum Series members are contemplating
both the advancement of Intranet-based e-learning resources and systems, while
in some cases the development of distance web-based learning alternatives are
also being considered. The speakers took the audience through the continuum of
web-based learning development, ranging from On-Campus Classroom Aid, Mixed or
Blended Mode of Classroom and Online, and Fully Online. This recording should
be of interest to senior decision makers and academics alike and also assists
chief information officers to better understand the functional requirements of
web-based learning environments. It will also help senior decision makers to
ask the right questions when planning on-line learning environments with academic
teams.
