The ICTLIteracy.info web site is the “public face” of a fast growing international movement focused on promoting Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Literacy.

Building an international consensus is critical for advancing meaningful educational initiatives, training high skilled workforce, and understanding issues related to economic development. Produced by the Kempster Group and co-sponsored by Certiport, LearningTimes, Oracle, and Dell, ICTLiteracy.info provides a rich, centralized portal for the repository of ICT Literacy resources, highlights innovative efforts and partnerships promoting ICT Literacy, and facilitates the interaction between researchers, business, government and educational segments.

Offerings on the site are dynamic to support a number of initiatives, including virtual conferences via a CYBER SUMMIT format to allow maximum participation worldwide.

As a joint effort of LearningTimes and Kempster Group, a free Community features access to interactive webcasts, workshops and events, as well as tools for live collaboration, networking and education. The ICT Community has the capability for live webcasts; access to webcast archives, voice and text based discussion boards; two-way voice-based live collaboration areas with application sharing, virtual whiteboards, and image import tools; integrated instant messaging, and voice e-mail.

Over the next year, the dynamic ICT Community site will support a number of program offerings, including virtual ICT conferences, live and archived webcasts, ICT literacy workshops and training courses, and many special events.
