Through the Certified Synchronous Training Professional
(CSTP) certification program students take advantage of
LearningTimes' unmatched experience and unique expertise,
while learning to create highly interactive, effective
webcasts using any leading synchronous platform.
The
LearningTimes CSTP™ program staff is led by LearningTimes
Executive Producer Jonathan Finkelstein, author of Learning
in Real Time (Jossey-Bass, July 2006) and well
known for his engaging online style and contributions
to the development of many "state-of-art" synchonous
tools availabe today. CSTP students are often treated
to engaging guest facilitators who bring a wide-range
of "real-world" knowledge to these exhilarating

"Leading
Effective Live Online Events"
In this 4-week online workshop, students learn and practice effective,
practical and creative strategies and techniques for the live online environment.
Student will also create, present and record an interactive webcast, virtual
classroom, or collaborative meeting.

CSTP 405:
"Producing Professional Live Online Programs"
This workshop delivers a practical experience, taking students through
every aspect of producing a successful interactive webcast for up to 250
participants, and culminating with an actual live event. Advanced techniques
include: event preparation and management; development of a script and
detailed “treatment”; enlistment and training of online guests
and presenters; advanced content design, production and implementation;
interactivity planning and facilitation; marketing and registration; and
event follow-up and integration of live programming into an online community,
web site, intranet and other online and venue-based activities.
