What happens when visitors engage with digital representations of artifacts through FLickr, YouTube, Wikipedia, and Facebook? Evaluating Management Systems at Historic Sites Environmental management projects in four National Trust historic sites have demonstrated the inherent conflicts of installing HVAC systems in precious buildings not built to function as museums.
